אורי כץ על יונתן גבאי ז"ל

A few weeks ago Nili & I visited Israel. Our friends, Nili, and I got together at the Kirya Beach and Yonatan came by for a few minutes. He told us that he was sick and this was the first time he had been out of the house by himself, but he wanted to see us after so many years. The next day we Ruth & Yonatan got together on the Carmel and reminisced on days gone by.  As a teenager growing up in the Kirya and loving folk dancing, I always looked to Yonatan.  He was our icon.  We miss you.
